I've had the sky dock for about four months now, at firs I thought it was great and wished you could pause and rewind songs. Soon enough they had an update with this option available. After a couple of weeks I noticed it was getting slower on loading up to begin to play the xm music. Then finally about a month later it began to not connect at all, and I'm still at that point. Hopefully there will be an update here soon to fix the problem and I can be on my marry way, but in the mean time I'll play my added music onto my iPod. If I don't see this being resolved soon I will most likely demand my money back for the years subscription for the radio since I'm paying for it and cant even hear what I'm paying for... Am I the only one who can't get the XM app to work? One day it's working, the next day it's not. It was great untill now.

Sirius customers - DON'T BOTHER
I gave 1 star only because I can't give negative stars. I don't write reviews but can't hold back. The box says Sirius on all sides, with the little dog & everything, the app says SIRIUS, but YOU CAN'T USE SKYDOCK with Sirius. It took 2.5 hours to get 2 Sirius reps & a supervisor to even understand what a Skydock is, try to sell us a new radio & then finally cancel our Sirius account so we can start all over by calling XM. NO they can't transfer your account & NO they can't even transfer your call (& our brilliant rep took 15 min to give us the # for XM), even tho these companies "merged" years ago. If these companies can't get it together, 1) they shouldn't be holding themselves out as one company, 2) SIRIUS should not appear anywhere on the box! 3) the app should not say SIRIUS! 4) Sirius reps should at least be educated enough to recognize the issue & give clear & concise instructions instead of wasting your time on top of it all. I hope this keeps someone else from wasting 2 hours of a perfectly gorgeous Saturday morning. I'm sending this to the FCC.

You sure can delete tagged songs! Open your tagged songs list and select the song you wish to delete by swiping on it to the left, a red delete tab will pop up allowing you to get rid of that song.

you have to buy the sky dock for it to work even if you are a member to XM
