What happened?
As of today can't get in - wants me to agree to 35 pages of terms and conditions than times out before I can get through it. Can now only access on my PC. Useless app for a customer of over 25 years!!!

Horrible Update!
I started the USB iPad app & it prompted me to update, which I did. I started the app only to discover it is the iPhone app. What is wrong with your software engineers? You should have a banner sash graphic indicating the iPad app as an iPad app to differentiate it from the iPhone app.

What the heck has happened to this ap? It's impossible to use anymore, doesn't recognize my account password that I've had forever and quits working completely telling me to 'try another time' ! Very disappointing might as well deleted the ap.

Awful app...not intuitive at all
Though I only have log in problems (tells me try again in few minutes) once in a while, the app itself is awful. For some reason both app and mobile sites display EVERY irrelevant transaction first before getting to actual posted transactions. So between two people sharing an account, my first page is just an endless list of pending authorizations that may or may not post. I've got a cable bill listed -4- times!! I've got a ticket purchase I made listed 3 times! I even called the cable company asking why they charged me 4 times only to find out US Bank lumped the card auth with posted transactions. Why can't you guys do what you do like on the full site and list all pending/card authorization transactions separately from posted ones so its not all lumped together? I hate this app with a passion.
