I like the convenience of the app, although it would be nice if it worked more than it doesn't. Also the mobile deposit portion of the app is always having some kind of error that never shows up on their end when you call the 1-800 number.

A win and a loss
The win would be.. Finally landscape.. The loss would be.. Can't 2X. Does it have to be so itty bitty? Only uses about 25% of the available screen space.. Hallmark

Fine by me
This app will not replace the US Bank website, but does a great job overall. Wish it provided the running sum when looking at my transaction history (it just shows transaction amounts). Not quite sure why people are complaining about the useless little calculator that used to be in the corner of the window (calculators cost $5 and you probably have one on your phone). That said, the map that replaced it is equally useless. Is the overall app useful? Yes. If I need info on my accounts, this app is the first place I go.

Issues resolved after many e-mails
Finally after numerous techs gave me incorrect info having me do unnecessary steps, Kelli informed me that before using the app to make deposits you have to enroll in Make Deposits on the standard website. After I enrolled, Making deposits was easy. The error messages that I was receiving thru the app gave no clue as to the actual issue. Documentation is lacking causing much frustration. App is not user friendly.
