Fine by me
This app will not replace the US Bank website, but does a great job overall. Wish it provided the running sum when looking at my transaction history (it just shows transaction amounts). Not quite sure why people are complaining about the useless little calculator that used to be in the corner of the window (calculators cost $5 and you probably have one on your phone). That said, the map that replaced it is equally useless. Is the overall app useful? Yes. If I need info on my accounts, this app is the first place I go.

Issues resolved after many e-mails
Finally after numerous techs gave me incorrect info having me do unnecessary steps, Kelli informed me that before using the app to make deposits you have to enroll in Make Deposits on the standard website. After I enrolled, Making deposits was easy. The error messages that I was receiving thru the app gave no clue as to the actual issue. Documentation is lacking causing much frustration. App is not user friendly.

took some patience
i really needed the photo check deposit function while traveling so i persevered. 1st installation didn't work, got it together after reinstall. that's going to save me lots of time, gas and brain damage. thanks so much. pl

Doesn't work
Very frustrating when something like this doesn't work, especially because it has to do with accessing your money. Chase bank's app is light years ahead of this. Us bank is really disappointing...

Last update frustrating!
Since the last update I have tried several times on my ipad to try and do the e-sign verification and it will not let me. I click on the I accept icon then it tells me I have to read the terms, so I read the 3 pages but there is no accept icon to click at the end of the 3rd page! I tried on phone also and got the same result. So now I either have to call to get my balance or go the full website which is a huge pain. Has anyone else had this problem? I have also never been able to do a deposit with just taking a picture. I thought mobile banking was supposed to make things faster and easier?
