Very poorly done
This is about as lame an app as you're going to find. When I enter my Miles Number, why can't it just download all of my trips into the app? No, indeed, I've got to find each and every reservation number and enter them into the app, one at a time. It doesn't even capitalize the first letters of fields; you've got to do it yourself. Surely USAir could have hired a real software designer for this project. This was really poorly done.

What a horrid app - it is entirely non functional - it won't even let you change seats assignments. Like much of Usairways computer support it is more of a hinderence then a help. I am deleting it. Hope the justice dept at least forces usair to do something's better.

Awful App
It looks pretty, but it doesn't work!! The boarding pass wallet is not functional and there are numerous glitches, not to mention it crashes and it's slow. Hope the AA Merger brings on some solid IT cause US' seems pretty poor.

It is a decent app to check in and check on the flight status, but really, you should copy what united airlines has. You need to have seating maps, standby lists and upgrade lists. That would be extremely helpful. Right now the app is just blah, but change it to what United has, and you have 5 stars

Beyond awful
US Air should be embarrassed to put their name on this. They've managed to take their terrible inefficient website and make it worse. It takes a ridiculous number of steps to get a boarding pass. Why do I have to load a list of every reservation I have? Why do I have to email the boarding pass to myself? Why do I need my confirmation code to check in, when you have my frequent flyer number? Did you even think about how to make this usable? Other airlines figured this out a year ago - go check out your competitors.

We have an app and its damned good one too. The only thing I wish it has was united's ability to tell where a plane was coming from but other than that this is usable and intelligible.
