After login in, I selected my trips and it did not show them, even worst, it asked me for my Frequent Flyer number, why ask for this information when is already displayed in the main menu? I am already logged in! As a workaround I tried to cut and paste it and it does not allow to even do this. What's the point of offering an app that does not provide any benefits over the mobile website.

Unable to login
I tried both my Frequent Flyer number and User ID, but could not login with either. Both work fine on the website. I called about it and they apologized. :) I cannot attest to the poor usability, as others have. One would think that reviewing the user experience on other companies' apps would be a good starting point. Alaska's is very good. Hope it is fixed by December when I fly with you.

Mostly aweful
The back engine is so slow its worse than useless. Find something your good at and stick to it, app development isn't it.

It's about time!
US Airways must have finally hired an app developer because there is no reason why they didn't have an app before. App seems good so far, with passbook integration.

Yes! Yes! Yes!
I love how Passbook was incorporated into their app!

Very poorly done
This is about as lame an app as you're going to find. When I enter my Miles Number, why can't it just download all of my trips into the app? No, indeed, I've got to find each and every reservation number and enter them into the app, one at a time. It doesn't even capitalize the first letters of fields; you've got to do it yourself. Surely USAir could have hired a real software designer for this project. This was really poorly done.
