Easily my least favorite travel app. Not only is it not functional for a regular traveler, but half the time I try to access the few options available, it keeps prompting me to "come back later" because of one error or another. Too many hoops to jump through for travel basic (boarding passes, seat changes) with little reward for doing so. Please work out the kinks for 5s and iOS 7.

Just so poor
After just now having this app fail again trying to book a flight, I'm wondering if the USAirways team actually uses this app. The ergonomics are terrible. Mobile boarding passes are rarely available. Difficult to see flight times on existing reservations. Can't log in to an account in order to easily book a flight. Just a mess, and easily the worst of all airline apps in every way. Maybe USAirways isn't delivering a decent app because the upcoming American Airlines merger will bring a better platform. Fingers crossed.

I am a chairmans preferred US Airways customer who flies 175 segments a year. I have been waiting for an app for a couple of years now to manage mobile boarding passes and was excited when I saw this in the App Store. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment however. After 5 unsuccessful attempts to register my email address I give up. Uninstalling now.....

I just downloaded the app today hoping that since they took so long to out one out, it would be pretty good. I was wrong. The mobile internet site was actually better. What a disappointment!

No passbook
I wouldn't have bothered to download this app if I wasn't looking for passbook and e-ticket support. Should have figured that's why it was so negatively reviewed. Aside from no Passbook, the app itself is also ill conceived. You check in to a flight then go to flight status and you have to search for the flight. Useless.
