A shocker!!
The people that gave high ratings for this app have not used American Airlines, Delta or United apps - this one is so far behind them it is ridiculous. It knows who I am but I have to enter a confirmation code to get a boarding pass??!!! That means you have to go back the flight info, then come back to check in - and then try to get an electronic pass and see how easy that is... I'll stick with the website - spending 30 mins on the phone with call centers is easier than using this app!

What is the point
There are many better apps that give me more information than this one. Sure, I can check in with this one but if I still have to go to the kiosk to get a ticket, what is the point of even checking in. US Airways really needs to catch up with the times. Don't think this one will keep its spot on my phone.

When you check in with the app, it's not just that the app doesn't automatically put the electronic boarding pass on the phone, you actually CANNOT put the boarding pass on the phone. It's like Rick Perry wrote the app... "Oops".

Poor implementation
One of the only uses for a mobile app is to check in and use it for the boarding pass. Not only did the app not give me a boarding pass, but required me to print it at the airport, knocking me down to Zone 5. It is a full flight, so I have no idea, where I will put my bags.

Can't do the one thing that it should... get my boarding passes. You guys should have spent more time on getting basic functionality and less on bells and whistles.
