Outlook Sync Fail
I purchased this app to sync my Outlook tasks with my iphone. After wasting several hours trying to get it two sync with Outlook, I settled for doing a one way sync of my Outlook tasks on the iPhone. It bugs me after so many years of the iPhone, there isn't a native or easy app to sync. Grr.

The new interface is clunky, disorganized and takes too long to load. The old interface was much better. The new interface will necessitate my migration to another task manager and the changing interface undermines the ability of the user to maintain a consistent experience. Perhaps different interfaces could be supplied rather than dramatic updates that are unwelcome. Less Microsoft thinking and more Apple thinking.

I'm sure it works but I'm not taking the time to learn the new interface. It's just ugly. It's cluttered. It really doesn't look like an iOS app. In some cases all the extra clutter actually makes it difficult to use, which seems like the opposite of Apple's design philosophy. Remember the outrage when the developers got rid of the old interface and used the new one? It's that one again, and there's no option within the app to switch, which you'd think would not be too complicated to implement. Oh well. Fortunately at this point there are many other options (any.do, notespark, etc) that are better for me. It's silly to be sad about deleting this, but I am. It used to be my most frequently used app. Now using it gives me a headache.

Stuck with the terrible new design
I carefully avoided updating to this new design when I read that it was being restored over the much better original UI even after so many protests from users. That is, until I updated another app & this app automatically updated with it as well, even tho I was careful not to press Update All. Now I'm stuck with this new inferior design with the drab colors that don't stand out, the tiny print & the cluttered look. It's too bad iTunes doesn't give you the option of deleting an upgrade an app if you don't want to upgrade, so an app upgrade just sits there until it's accidentally upgraded with other apps. I don't know if this is intentional on Apple's part or if their developers simply haven't figured out how to offer this choice to users. Wonder if others feel this way as well. I do like this app otherwise. It's highly efficient and just right for my needs. It's the new user interface that I hate & the fact that we have no chance to go back to the original style. Wasn't surprised that most other users also hate this new design.

Excellent Product
I have had this application for over a year. I own a business, as well as do consulting and hold management positions in other companies. In business and personal use this application has been very resourceful, useful and easy to use. It syncs fluently between all my devices and has easy access on PC or MAC via web browser. The multiple ways to manage tasks, folders, tags, priorities, stars to name a few, allows the app to work individually with each persons work flow habits. The reintroduced updates are awesome. Some did not like the colors or layouts when Toodledo introduced the updated grey layout. I used it when it first changed, and now have the rereleased update and like it. If you want a todo / task list, for yourself, or to manage projects or employees, I highly recommend this app.
