Can't live without it
Great App. I put everything in here. The prioritizing algorithm works really well and keeps me on top of what I need to do next. I look at this app first thing in the morning and repeatedly throughout the day. I don't even need the web version. Considering getting the pro version for sub task capability, but the regular version is great even without it.

Very flexible task and note manager
Toodledo always keeps the stakes high in the task manager/productivity/whatever you want to call it apps category. And it has always improved with the updates. A calendar view of the entries with a date is the only function I can think of as an addition. But since there are quite a few quality 3rd party apps synchronizing with Toodledo, an additional function such as the calendar view can be obtained. I tried many apps in the same and similar categories, but Toodledo is the only one that I can recommend without hesitation. What separates Toodledo from other apps with similar functions: * consistency in perfect sync across devices * flexibility and adaptability * availability on the web enabling access no matter what device you are using PS: Check out the settings/FAQs/etc of the website. Very helpful tools and explanations to make the best out of this amazing product.

Best To Do App
After a extensive review of many "to do" apps, Toodledo stands out as the most versatile and complete. Great value especially with the website sync.

There's a lot to like about this product, but deleting completed tasks requires several steps, and the delete completed tasks option is right next to "delete all data." Dumb design.

Still my favorite
I've been using ToodleDo for over a year. It's flexible enough to think like I think – so I can make it work for me. Love it. Two minor tweaks and two major upgrades that I would love to see: 1. Task details shows number of visible subtasks, not total. The total is irrelevant; I want to know how many are left undone. 2. I'd love to have a subtask option where the next subtask appears when the preceding one is checked off, or at least they can be ordered, for subtasks which must be done in a certain order to accomplish the task. That's one of the things I miss from LifeBalance. 3. This was going to be: Ability to access desktop saved searches on iPhone. But…ask and ye shall receive!! How did I not notice that it had already been implemented?! Yay! Thank you! 4. Saving the sort order with the view, the saved search, or whatever. Some things are best sorted by importance, others by location, others alphabetically. That would be a wonderful upgrade to ToodleDo. 5. Ok, I still have another one. I'd like to have Locations not be mutually exclusive, as tags are not. I can buy laundry detergent at the grocery store or the drugstore; I can buy a work light at Tractor Supply or any one of several different hardware stores that I go to. Certain hardware stores don't carry things that other stores have, but all stores have certain things. So that's why I maintain different stores -- also for location alarms. Duplicating items is annoying and confusing; I buy it one place and check it off, then have to go see if I have it listed somewhere else. Would this really be difficult to implement? Found a bug: Timer says "START TIMER" whether it's off or on. But I love ToodleDo and expect to continue using it as long as you continue supporting it.
