No guidance on properly doing the exercises except for a video clip. Form is important, but no info on how "good form" is defined. Not for old farts like me (61) just seeking a stronger core. I'm back to yoga, I guess.

Great workouts! Tough, challenging with good variations in exercises. The recent updates fixed the notification bug. Definitely worth a couple bucks if you are interested in an achievable 60 day exercise program.

Tough workout
I really enjoy these workouts ! I did not lose any weight ( because I continued to eat a lotta junk) but I did stick to the plan and showed great improvement at each fitness test ! 5 stars !!!

Good but could be better
I have been using this app for a week. I like to workout while listening to music but the app doesn't allow for this. Also the app has crashed a couple of times in the middle of the workout and I have had to restart the entire workout because there is no way to fast forward or skip exercises which is frustrating. Also the timer will beep only ocassionally and radomly when the time is about to end for an exercise. The workouts are good. The demonstrations are clear and I get a good burn from the workouts. *Would like to be able to listen to music while using app *Need the ability to fast forward or skip exercises within a workout *Fix the timer sound effects *Improve stability so it doesn't crash

I totally disagree with the previous reviewer. The app is great ! If you can't listen to your poor music WAH ! Maybe you should focus on your body versus the music . The video in the app REPEATEDLY tells you to rest if you can't do any more reps. The rests are more than adequate ( I will admit freely that I sucked wind repeatedly during the initial fitness test); The app should have a section demonstrating the exercises I do agree.but in a pinch you can view the first few seconds of the videos during the exercises. I love the fact that stretching is incorporated in the workout as that is my one greatest faults so a personal thank you to the developer from me .
