Worth it but it...
This app is alright. It changes up the routine half way through the program, which was awesome. My only issue with it is that the warm ups are to slow for me. But that's just me. Oh! A "quick volt" should not be 45 minutes. A quick workout should be 20 to 30 minutes. So if you're lookin' for something with fast workouts this might not before you. All in all, it's definitely with it; for the price anyways.

There's a reason this only has one level...
If you listen to the videos, it's so that you can improve over time. If an exercise is too much, slow it down or rest, it's pretty simple. Eventually, you'll be able to do it, it takes time. Compared to p90x, it's slightly less polished but at 10x less the cost, I'm willing to google an exercise or two of I don't get them. If this app cost $60, I'm sure it would have voice guided exercises too. Also, the stretching is nice addin, now I'll never forget to stretch. :) Great app, definitely an evolution of Gorilla, keep it up. I love the lack of boredom, it's like a workout for those with ADD. Looking forward for more from you guys.

Better Than Gorilla Workout IMO
I didn't think that after downloading this app and going through Day 1 that I was going to be pushed to my limit, but that's what happened. IMO, Day 1 could use some more explaining of what it is going to entail and when I will have to remember how many reps of the exercise that is coming up that I do either beforehand or during the workout itself. (Or maybe it was explained and I just can't remember right now because I'm still trying to catch my breath.) Anyway, what I like most about this app, that makes it better than other apps of this type, is that, he doesn't just tell you what to do and then tells you to come back when you're done. No, he actually does the exercises with you (even during the rest breaks) and has a timer going at the same time so you know how much time you have left. Also, no equipment is required, unlike other "body weight" apps that sneak in a jump rope or pull up bar or whatever. It took me about 30 minutes to get through Day 1 which is just right for me. I'll be sticking with this app for now.
