Some good, some bad
Once you are working in the editor, things are pretty nice and stable. I only had few issues: (1) The forward quote ` is missing from the keyboard -- it is essential for typing quotes correctly. (2) The search box only finds complete words, so you can't use it to change all semi-colons to periods, etc. (3) There is no detection of misspelled words. Maybe some other small issues, but overall, pretty impressive and very usable. Now for the bad part. Although I am a savvy user (for example, I have been using Latex for 28 years), I couldn't get the hang of the file manager. There is a Dropbox connection, and it works pretty well (that's how I got some work done), but I couldn't get the local storage to work (when Dropbox is disconnected). I couldn't find how to transfer files from one type of storage to another, I was getting errors that the encoding is wrong when it's obviously OK, etc. etc. It doesn't help that the documentation is minimal, and a message to support went unanswered. So overall it's only 3 stars.

Does not locally compile my files
I bought this app because it was the only I found at could locally compile my tex file. But it does not work locally with the packages I use (nothing fancy either). It does work remotely but this is useless to me. I asked the developers for a refund and never heard back them. Wasted money and have the feeling they don't care about their customers, just the money. On the bright side, there are a couple of good ideas, like sliding two fingers to move the cursor is great. They need to add others symbols to the keyboard, like _ and ^ for example, not very useful without. I do not recommend unless you don't need the local compiler and use an external keyboard. And don't count on a refund if it does not do what it says.

great app
I really like this app. I only wish there was a way to install custom fonts and packages. If there is a way, I can't find any info on how to do it and that's kinda the most important part.

Good if it didn't crash
I cannot use it for more than a few minutes before it crashes.

Constantly crashes
I'm happy to see a LaTeX editor on the iPad, but version 1.4.2 constantly crashes, I can't even open a file. I'm using the latest version of iOS on iPad4.

Just keeps getting better
This is a great app that just keeps getting better. Kudos to the developer for the steady improvements.
