*DREAM* app for chronic conditions
This app is perfect for people with chronic medical issues who need to capture status every day. It makes it quick and easy to log info even on my worst days. Excel export lets me do my own analysis, and compare to sleep and weight tracking info from two other apps. Ease of capture has given me consistent enough data to answer SO many medical questions about my complex autoimmune issues. In response to other feedback I've seen, a few ways I get the most from the app: - I use 'factors' to do yes/no tracking for additional symptoms >20 (less frequent or critical symptoms, or ones where 'yes' is more important than 'how bad'). I record intensity / frequency / duration / time of day in notes as needed. - I see brief item names as just memory jogs for recording, and clarify when I talk to the doctor. - I take advantage of alphabetical display to group like items (i.e. factors like 'Took All Rx', 'Took Probiotic', etc.). Many thanks to the developer for making this app available. It's been a godsend to me, my family, and my doctors :)

Love it!
This app makes tracking symptoms and and factors that can aggravate the symptoms so easy. It is a very fast and accurate way to log your health issues. You program it with customizable information. You can track 1 or more symptoms, it's up to you.

Great for spotting trends in symptoms
UPDATE TO 1st REVIEW: New update made it even better! Now, you can go back to earlier days to add or make changes. Sometimes I don't do it right away, and remember later. Or, I suddenly realize something is significant. For example, I just figured out that a certain food sets off a symptom I've been having. I remember eating it twice earlier this week, and I can now make note of it in the records, and see if I'm right about this being the cause. Probably an allergy. VERY responsive to communication and suggestions for improvements!! I've emailed twice, and gotten very helpful responses within a couple of hours. --------------------------------------------- 1st REVIEW: Best app for this that I've found so far. A few things would make it five star: --Be able to go back more than one day to add symptoms. Sometimes people forget or decide to track a new one and want the past few days to be included. --Be able to go back a day (or more) for the tags. If I don't go to the app until midnight, it's too late to enter for that day. --Being able to change the order of symptoms or tags would be nice. Alphabetical is ok, but it would be great to be able to put the most frequent ones on the top. Still, there is a lot that is great about this app. It's easy to use, and makes it easy to track symptoms wherever you happen to be.

Just what I needed!!
I love that I can list my specific symptoms. I love the rating scale for the symptoms. This app is perfect for charting any type of medical issue. I've already recommended it to several of my friends. Since I started using it I haven't missed a day of recording my symptoms.

Great App, Except One Thing
I love this app. I especially appreciate the simplicity. However, I have to disagree with the philosophy to allow symptoms to be added on only the current or previous day. There are times, i.e. when you're too sick or on vacation, or otherwise preoccupied, when you forget to log a symptom, but want to log it later to have a record of it, for your doctor and to help notice trends. Why would the developer care if I log a symptom the moment it is happening or a week later? This is such a significant feature that it causes the loss of three stars. If this is not fixed in a future update, I will be deleting.

Very helpful
I like the setup, ease of use. I tried several similar apps, and like using this one the best. I think the only thing missing is the ability to go back and fill in days previous to today. That would make it perfect.
