Good App but needs small work
Its a decent app for chatting on IRC through the iphone. Needs some improvements though. After my first test with it, it was easy to add servers, and channels, and chatting is incredibly easy. The performance is great as well. Only issues I have is a password box is not provided on the server settings, making it hard to auto identify to registered nicks, also it seems to not send commands it doesn't know to the server. I attempted to change my nick via /nick and was told unknown command, normally the client would pass that onto the server for it to interpret, but rooms doesn't seem to do that.

This program works as stated. You can save different connections and auto-join when the app starts. Chat interface and font is a little ugly but functions well. I hope to see improvements on this app. Well done!

I've been waiting for an IRC app since 2.0 came out, and it's finally here.

More like colloquy please
This is a good app if you need to get ok IRC, unless the room requires a registered nick. If you could identify, this app would be great. Also, private chats should get their own window.

Very good start!
First and foremost, thanks to the author for getting this into the app store! I beg you to keep improving upon it, adding additional functionality as others have mentioned. Also, as I'm looking for a workaround to the fact that Apple saw fit to neglect the grave accent (`) from their keyboard, I would really like the ability to import servers/rooms from a text file, mIRC files or anything else. I even had someone write out #da`kor to me while using rooms and it only hot-linked the #da part, leaving off the `kor. Why does the app not recognize that character as being part of a room link?
