Why are you doing this to us?
Why would I have to pay just to continue reading? DO YOU HATE US?!? This is torture!!!

Would like more "Share" options
Love the app, but the Share options are really limited. Need to add other services such as LinkedIn, etc

I used to love reading the New York Times every morning! The actual content of the newspaper is superb. However, with the new update limiting me to only 3 articles per day, this app is basically just useless now! Before, I could read all the Top News articles, which was enough to get me caught up on the news. Now, I have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to subscribe just to see more than 3 articles! I'm very disappointed in The New York Times' update, and I'll be looking for a replacement news app very soon.

No ads please
Should definitely not have ads on such an expensive subscription.

Tragic Loss
The New York Times, along with the Wall Street Journal, and previously The Washington Post were the only three well known, mass-marketed, bastions of quality, daily newspaper journalism left in this country. It is sad that the world of digital media has chosen to make an absurd price of the New York Times--unless three whole articles suffice to educate our nation. Unfortunately, the now cheaper, mass-marketed "journalism" available (e.g. The Chicago Tribune, held afloat by useless byproducts such as CareerBuilder which serve as advertising cash holes), are increasingly fed to people who deserve better. I would give this one star, however, I do indeed respect The New York Times, the information it delivers, not just to We, the United States of America, but to the World. It is sad, however, that this is now becoming increasingly only available to the "privileged class."

I am a print subscriber, and the main reason I downloaded this app was to make managing my subscription easier. But this app doesn't do these things. I wAnt to pay my bill and suspend for vacation from within the app. I love the Times, and hope a future version of the app will do these things
