Can't get this app to work on my iPad , iPhone, or MacBook. I get to a point where it asks for my vault password and then the app crashes. There is nor support for this app either except in the forums! Very frustrating!

I was so excited to finally get this on my iPhone !! I have used it for years on my pc. Did everything in instructions. Now I open idsafe on iPhone and have list of all sites but when I click on any of them NO signin info??? Apparently I'm doing something wrong or it flat does not work!!! I would really appreciate help with this as I really want it to work???

Tricky To Setup, But It Works
I had Norton's password manager in my PC Internet Security program. The Identity Safe takes this information, from the PC, and stores it on the Norton site so you can access it remotely. My problem was getting the iPhone version to logon. Turns out, you have to sign on to the regular Norton account (only the first time) and then the Identity Safe. Once I got past that hurdle, it worked. It's not totally slick, but at least I have my passwords with me everywhere.

Not Good
Update: With the fix in this release Identity Safe works on my iPad and iPhone really well and makes portability of my logins and passwords flawlessly easy. Good job Symantec!! Yesterday I received an update to version 1.20.58 for the iPhone and a like update for my iPad. Since the updates the App will not auto fill or allow me use the fill buttons to retrieve passwords or Ids from the vault on either device. Went to the App store and clicked the App support button and was taken to a site that did not yield any support. I have used Symantec products for years and in my position at Fortune 100 companies recommended it for use at those corporations with much success and great support. Obviously this is a great disappointment and I am unable to get support to resolve it and can not use it since the update

Norton has gone downhill
Doesn't work properly on any iOS device, you tap the fill username/password button and nothing happens. Try to get on their website and it keeps logging me out. What happened to this company?? They used to be known for quality and now their products are crap. Is anyone in charge here? While they figure that out I'll take my biz elsewhere.

Overall a good app, and the safest password app out there.
It's in general a great app, but the setup is a little awkward. You need to safe your passwords with the Identity Safe PC client, and you need to sync your passwords to Norton's online vault, otherwise the mobile app won't work. Also, there's currently no way for me to add new passwords from my phone/tablet. I'd like to see that function added in the future. Other than that, it's a solid app. The thing that really sold me is that it's free and that I can trust the company that makes the app - I know where my passwords are, and I know they won't do anything crazy with them.
