Please put the temperature adjustment arrows back on. I never write reviews but I really miss having those arrows. I will change my rating when it is done. Thanks

Needs update
Works well on my iPhone 4S - iPad. But I can not get it to change the temperature on my iPhone 5. Not sure what is going on with that. Everything else works well and I really like the nest thermostat. I have 3 in my home and can operate all three. Just need to be able to do from iPhone 5.

Absolutely AMAZING
I have zero complaints. Everything is perfect... If you do your research and make sure that your router is compatible with the Nest then you will have ZERO connectivity issues. Also go in and play with the features of this and you can adjust a lot of it according to your lifestyle. I turned the learning schedule off and just programmed my own schedule into it for how I personally like my home for when I'm there or away... That eliminates the bad reviews anyone has read about with the random cold or hot flashes from the unit. So if you don't have one definitely make this a priority for something so simple to save $$$ with

I have 2 of the second generation units. Every thing was working fine. Or so I thought. I got mine as soon as the 2nd generation was available last year. They were simple to install and every thing was going smooth until about 2 months ago when the house got too warm. I noticed the downstairs unit was cycling too often. I called a a/c service tech (thought the unit was low on freon). The tech checked everything out and found the unit to be fine but the thermostat was not sending a constant enough current to keep the unit running. --suggested using the original thermostat -- I called Nest customer service and they gave me the runaround and even told me to change the wire of the thermostat to capo for heat and set the unit for a high temp, so as to make sure it would stay in a demand mode, the unit ran constantly. --nothing wrong with unit.-- Something is seriously wrong. I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN.
