Disconnected
Worked great for 3 months...nothing changed in my home, same router, same iPhone, but does not work all of a sudden. Web support for this issue leaves a lot to be desired. Please update soon or I will stop recommending this device to family and colleagues.

Great thermostat, mediocre app
Connecting to my thermostat via the app has been sporadic at best. When it works it's great, but failing to connect 25% of the time is unacceptable. The big selling point in the thermostat is the ability to adjust and track remotely - Nest had better get their act together ASAP!

THERMOSTAT DISCONNECTED
Intermittent (?) symbol can't control thermostat!! The Nest tells me that is not connected to the Internet and get when I go to thermostat and it confirms it is connected so there's something wrong with the app.

Poor connectivity
I have 3 nest thermostats in my home and frequently 2 if them will be "disconnected" from the app even though they are connected to wifi. If this issue continues I will return the nest.

Now Broken
After a few months of use, Nest can no longer connect consistently. Also there's no setting to control just the fan.

Connection issues.
The thermostat is terrific, easily installed and set up. It is tangibly improving our heating performance from the start. The iPad app works well the iPhone app disconnects constantly. The help page suggests it could be the Nest battery or a router issue but that is not the case. Given the overall quality of the product I assume this will be resolved quickly. I look forward to re-reviewing it.
