I ordered my capsules but when I went to enter in my AMEX it returned a blank screen prompting me to re-enter after the 3rd time I tried to go back and it emptied my cart completely - waste of my time. I agree ditch the ADD TO BASKET button and ADD a CART BUTTON so when you land on another page you can at least find your way back to your cart.

Foolish Earthlings
We find it humorous that a company would create an app, boast about it to the masses, provide it free for download, allow the clientele to try and use it over and over knowing it does not work. Further, the vehicle for feedback is obviously ignored. Ha, ha, ha, the joke is on the customer. This is creative! Very rich humor, thank you.

Can't order
No matter how many capsules I put in the cart, I can't proceed with my order. Useless! And there is no way to order from the site from the iPhone as it is flash-based.

Hey Nestle! Fire your IT Dept!!
Does anyone at Nespresso read this?! 35 of 40 reviews is pretty clear message; THIS DOESN'T WORK. Flash is OLD technology & slow. Hire new web develop/ IT staff. COME ON ALREADY!!

Does not work
Cannot place order for 100 capsules. Since the main point is to order capsules, you would think they could get this right.
