In-Gym workout guide!!
By far the best body app available to date! So many new features have arrived. If you are struggling with a certain muscle group and aren't sure of the right way to work it out? Easily pull out the app select the muscle group I.e lats, and it will show you various exercises, stretches and warmups for each muscle as well as the minor Muscle group associated with the lay workouts. You're now able to view the body in detail pick and choose what muscle group then dissect that group into the muscle components and it will show you how to target the exact muscle! Very good app! Recommended for beginners and pros.

Worth the money, but better on iPad
Awesome app. You can design your own workouts or use the ones they have already created, track your body fat ( although this didnt work for me: I have less than 10% body fat and it said I have 28%, so if you have an athletic build, ignore that) and the best feature is being able to click on a muscle and finding specific workouts to target it, this really helps make sure you are targeting all the different muscles in a certain area.
