Doesn't connect to server
I used iM Lite successfully and decided to purchase the full version in order to create tasks on my phone and synch to Outlook. iM Exchange2 will not synch with my Exchange server (I entered the correct Account info 3 times), even though iM Lite did, as do my mail and contacts. I'm glad I tried the free, limited version before paying $8 for the full one. Thanks to all of you who let me know about the synch problems and poor customer support. RERL Software - you have a potentially great product. If you'd get your act together maybe more of us would buy it.

Solves my needs
I wanted a way to sync tasks with my phone, and this definitely accomplishes that. The lack of continuous sync does not affect my life; it syncs over wifi or cell data when you open the app. It was a bit tricky to set up, and the formatting of notes and tasks gets modified. Overall I think this works great.

Just downloaded connected and I was using it in minutes. I liked the idea of a free trial and had no problem paying for the program once I knew it work so well. Tasks have become even more useful now on the go. Keep fine tuning. I think there is an issue updating a reoccurring task from the Ipad - seems to change to non - reoccurring when updating from the Ipad.

Can't connect to server
I have read the FAQ and tried every possible value for each setting but cannot connect to my outlook web access account.

Great program! But lacking support and features
Love the software and I've been using the tasks more since getting this app. Some issues, no way of contacting the developer within the program, terrible for a $8 app!!! Would like the ability to assign tasks to e-mail addresses but also be able to see other 'notes folders' that I have in my account which is not possible (guess i have to write 'wishes' here since the developer hasn't replied to any of my e-mails for three weeks.) I'm just happy I'm not having any problems with the program... Knock on wood.. 4 stars for the program, 1 for the price (also not be able to get a discount as existing user) and -5 for support/contact with the developer! WAKE THE HECK UP!!!!!!!!
