It's a great rebate app, but like everything else, it still has flaws. When you redeem rebates you have to scan every item purchased even if you've already verified the UPC. Also, if your receipt is slightly blurred they won't take it or say you have a fraudulent receipt. What they dot understand is that receipt printers do run out of ink. Their Customer Support is a complete joke. You email them and no response

coupons are lame and ibotta makes them fun and easy. it's simple and straightforward cash back. no fine print and mumble gumble. the app itself is sexy and interactive helping me save on groceries I am buying anyways. I've been a user for a year... thumbs up!
