Worst customer service. Ordered sandals for honeymoon and "estimated arrival of 3 weeks" turned into 6 weeks with no update. Two hours on the phone, no apology or explanation, and a canceled order later I still don't have shoes.

Be Careful With PayPal Purchases!
If you have PayPal as a payment method it's a coin toss as to what will process if you have multiple payment methods tied to it. The mobile app doesn't redirect you to choose and even after I deleted PayPal and added it again with my preferred payment method it still chose the wrong one. I had to cancel an order with items I'd been after for a long time and that were to be special occasion gifts. If not for this I'd give the app five stars but not processing payments correctly is a big deal.

Terrible app
This is by far the worst shopping app out there. He recently removed brand names from the item descriptions. You could end up with an Ed Hardy shirt! What a tragedy!

Good but could be better
The app is good. It is annoying that you can't keep things in your cart longer than 15 min. Sometimes I want to keep shopping so I can have one order instead of several just because I ran out of time. I do find prices good

Not happy
Every time I tried to make a purchase for some reason my payment info would not go through. I called the customer care but no one was able to help. Plus the don't take payment info over the phone :(((())))

App bug.
Trying to remove an item in my cart that says its Unavailable and that i no longer want anyway) but it keeps adding it back in automatically and then error pops up saying the item is unavailable at this time. Rinse, repeat. Please fix! Ive tried restarting app, refreshing, clearing cart, etc! Btw, what is the difference between Beyond the Rack, Hautelook and its Nordstrom Rack section. and Nordstrom ? Shipping is pricey too and ive gotten wrong items before.

Total Scam
This website says they sell items from "designer" brands for less but they're all knock offs. For example, right now they're having a lucky brand sale. There are a few things on there that they marked up the price for and even the sale price is higher than if you were to get at the actually Lucky Brand website!! Complete scam especially if you look at the item "eyelet jacket". It is completely different than the actual one from Lucky. Different model, different color, different zipper, it's a completely different jacket that they tried to make look like the original. It's a scam. Do not buy from here.

Worst shopping experience ever!
I am a frequent online shopper. It took me 90 minutes to place a simple order from Nordstrom Rack. It kept rejecting my password, 15 minute lag to reset password. Finally got order ready to check out. Couldn't verify any of my credit cards. Did the online chat - they couldn't help me. I asked for a toll free number. When I called I was informed I had to download their app in the App Store- re- sign in- add my credit card info on the app. Then finally I was able to place order. ( meanwhile I was on my other phone w the bank asking why they couldn't verify credit card info!) The chat people obviously don't know you need to use the app and not just the stores website. Also nothing popped up telling me i needed to download the app! I'll never shop here again!

Items purchased were sold to someone else. Very disappointed all I got back from the support team was a we don't know what happened. You would think they had a better tracking system to avoid these things from happening. I waited for almost a month for them to turn around and say we're sorry your item is being sent. Terrible.
