Free is deceptive
Don't waste your time unless you are willing to purchase the software necessary for syncing. Looks like a pretty good app, but won't do anything with your Outlook with the expensive desktop software.

Deja Office 2010
Really nice package. Reads the regular address book which makes syncing no problem,. My Only primary "wish" so far is that I think it should sync the calendar the same way. If it does, I haven't found a way to do it.

Very Good Product . . .
After trying out many organizational/contact type applications, both free and paid, this comes the closest to doing what I've been going for, which is ease of use and intergration of several features. It is extremely well laid out, responds well and actually offers more features and anything I've looked at. I can see this product only getting better (and it's FREE!). This appt has NOT been frustrating, but very useful. THANKS!

Great App
I downloaded this app and started using it. Great. It works for me. And it is Free. This will even be a better app if we can connect all the individual components in one screen- so you only have to click the button. Yes the dejanotes should be connected to something- calendar & contacts. One screen with all the menu buttons at the top. Jack

Not a true productivity suite
Looks promising, but... The calendar has a contact link. Why don't the other components??? Why can't we link notes and tasks and expenses, etc. to our Contacts? Without this link functionality, this is just a bunch of individual apps. I'll leave it on my device for a little while to check updates. Add the Contact Link to all components and I'll update my rating.

Limited Without Paying for Desktop App
This office suite includes a calendar for scheduling events, a todo list, Notes, an expense tracker app, and contacts all in one app. I like the way contacts are organized, better than in the native iPad Contacts app. I like the layout of notes, where you can see a list of your notes and a preview of any note you have highlighted. All apps allow you to categorize your entries. DejaOffice is a very well made collection of easy-to-use apps. The problem is that unless you buy the expensive $99 desktop app, there is no way to get data out of this program. It doesn't allow you to email anything, including notes. I suspect that this is intentional, since other iPad and iphone apps do have these capabilities. Although there are lots of things I like about this suite, the lack of ability to sync without paying for the desktop app, means this free app is probably not very useful for personal use. However, If you are using it for business, and you can justify the expense, you may like the fact that it replaces at least four separate apps.
