Just downloaded the app, long overdue. Excited they created a native iPad app! Looks good. Would love to see the history of my bill pay.

Inactive Sign Out Too Quick
Great app. Easy to use and large print. Only issue I have with it is the auto sign out due to inactivity is way too fast, less than a minute. If you are balancing your check book or entering transactions be prepared to sign back in several times.

Couldn't be worse
I'm very disappointed that ING is no longer my bank, this app stinks compared to the old ING app. Like prior reviews I will probably leave if not changed.

Not tested well
I like the basis of the interface but the mechanics did not work on my iPad. When logging in, the fields to type in were rolled up to a place on the screen I could not tap. I had to press continue to get an error above the entry fields so I could then enter the correct info so I could access my bank account. ING never had issues with the app before capital one bought them out. I gave 2 start because I was able to find a work around for this piece of horse squeeze. A little testing BEFORE release would be good.

iPad excitement!
I am glad an iPad app is finally available! Capital One needs to promote this though. I read about it through iPhone reviews. I was about to post my dislike for not having a proper iPad version.

Decreased Functionality
Didn't Capital One promise to maintain service levels when they bought ING, only the name was changing? They lied, I'm ready to bail. Here are some key features: The pin pad is gone, making it awkward to remember my PIN. Requires an extra selection to bypass their SPAMvertising and start 360; if I wanted standard banking, I wouldn't have joined ING. Accounts are listed in a goofy tile format, instead of the old list. Tiles are useless for me, as failing windows 8 demonstrates. Does not show pending transactions like ing did, so I have to login to the website instead.
