Poor User Experience
Bay Fed has finally made an app so that members can access account info with their mobile device (online security process uses antiquated Flash and cannot be accessed by the majority of mobile devices). Unfortunately, unlike other banking apps, BF requires that you create a new ID and PW and that process is clunky. Additionally, you cannot make transfers to other members, only between your personal accounts. It took BF years to get into the app generation. This should have been better.

Can't download no more :(
I had to get a new phone and when I went to restore the app it said this app is no longer available I'm really frustrated.

Many shortcomings
This app is long overdue, but unfortunately has many shortcomings: -you're username/password is separate from your bayfed.com username/password...yet another username/password to remember -you cannot add names to accts, so you must know the last 4 digits of each acct -you cannot see transaction details Hopefully bayfed will get with the times and create a modern app with a modem web interface.

Uh oh
It would be nice to see the addition of transfer cross member funds. The user interface is terrible and extremely unintuitive, you have to read a instructions just to know how to sign in, they should get rid of the alphabetical password and just have you create a 4 digit pin for it. Last, why is the support link on the App Store dead?

Pretty good so far
Use your actual account number NOT your member number and then in less than a minute you will be logged on! You can get your acc # from your bank statement.
