Good fast app
I use it for work. Good fast app. I wish the "take it" feature were here: I frequently want to assign a ticket to somebody else after writing a response, but when I click on their name I just get their profile. The "take it" command is nonexistent, an unfortunate omission. Also, I wish there was a way to provide feedback to Zendesk within the app, instead of having to write this review!

Brilliant :)
I used to rely on emails from clients for issue reporting. It was a nightmare. Clients used to re-use emails from one issue to report a new one. Disaster! Now they keep everything separate and custom views allow me to see what I want and when I want. Priceless

Terrific!
We are a start up and ZenDesk allowed us to have a complete support solution and development request tracking stood up instantly. I can respond to user cases on my PC, iPad and iPhone - where ever I am. Very happy.

handy but missing that something
That something is *voice support*. This app (at least on iPad) would ideally do all the agent ticket actions. But still this app is handy to tap a few quick notes to update a ticket on the go.
