Worst Version Ever
Crashes anytime you update a ticket and also logs you out constantly. Don't upgrade and hopefully the next version will contain bug fixes.

Pretty useless
The app is unreliable. I used to get push notifications, which was great, but they stopped some time ago. I've basically stopped using the app. Come on Zendesk, you could do so much better!

The app doesn't work PERIOD!!!!!
I like Zendesk's UI for the web but the app crashes constantly!!! When I load the app my tickets don't show up! When I try to make a new ticket it crashes!! Zendesk please make an updates for this app??? And make it useful like your desktop UI. iPhone iOS 6.1.4

Crashstatic
As others have pointed out, this version is pretty much a "just looking" solution. I am really surprised a company with their resources hasn't rushed a fix to the AppStore yet.

Great idea, could use refinement
I haven't had any crashing issues with the app. It really has worked fine for me and I like being able to pull up tickets on my mini while lounging around the house, much to the chargin of my wife. However, the lack of markdown support kills me. How is there no parity here between Lotus and the app? I just sent what would have been a beautiful response to a customer but instead they got a mess of markdown syntax. The bookmark feature is handy though and glad it is now an app for Lotus. Property manipulation is a little cumbersome but I don't really have direct feedback on what could be done better. The only one that gets me every time is status, it is not as prominent in the UI as I would expect and I feel like I am hunting for it each time.
