This version has bugs When you update a ticket it updates in the database but then the app is somewhat frozen, requiring a force quit. This is repeatable.
Also, sometimes uploading images to a ticket causes an error.
Issue when solving request from iPhone Ticket is marked solved in helpdesk but app stays locked in loading state. Have to force quit and relaunch the app to bring it back to a useable state. No such issues on iPad app.
