Still broken
I use Zendesk at our company and we love it. However, both iOS versions fail to load the Unassigned ticket queue. It's been going on for months. I just downloaded the iPad version today hoping for a change . No luck. Your product is not able to be used as designed, therefore you have a bug. Please file internally and resolve this. Our team uses this frequently.

This version has bugs
When you update a ticket it updates in the database but then the app is somewhat frozen, requiring a force quit. This is repeatable. Also, sometimes uploading images to a ticket causes an error.

It hangs on submit
When I try to submit ticket update it hangs.

Was perfect until recent updates.
When updating tickets, it sits there for days! I don't have time to sit and wait.

Update did not resolve issue stays in state of loading. So no help to be connected by phone

Issue when solving request from iPhone
Ticket is marked solved in helpdesk but app stays locked in loading state. Have to force quit and relaunch the app to bring it back to a useable state. No such issues on iPad app.
