Push Notifications are Customizable
The push notifications that Apps seems to respond to are globally managed by the app. This means if you spend a great deal of time customizing your email notifications they will had no impact on the mobile apps and therefore creates a unique user experience for agents that like to use the Mobile versions. This needs to be updated.

Works fine for me
No problems so far. Have been able to view and comment on tickets without fail.

Crashes after install
Same issue. Co-workers have it installed and upgrade went fine. Install it from scratch and fails every launch. Tried uninstall/reinstall and still fails.

Crashes after install
Huge step backwards. I installed on my iPad 1 and it crashes after install and entry of my email, etc at login form submit. Tried full app deletion and re-install, no joy. 100% Reproducible, app is unusable. Come on Zendesk!

Keeps pushing notifications
Keeps sending me notifications of updated tickets even though I'm logged out. I can't express how hugely annoying that is. The settings page within the App is useless at best.
