Poor quality app
In past three weeks app bugs out. Customer service at Zendesk acted like they had no clue there are issues lately. Not good anymore

Won't login
Uninstalled due to so many problems. Re-installed now I can't login. Horrible app. iPhone 4S

On the iPad App its Great...iPhone Not So Much
Love Zendesk, it has done wonders for my department 's organization and customer service. This latest iPad app is great but it still has issues on the iPhone. Pages will not load, can't select requester, can't update assigned to.

App hangs on submit
Same issue as several others. Make a change, submit, hang. Nothing works after. Quit the app, start back up. Changes commit and save, so that's good. But same thing on next submit. Not completely useless, but not what I expect from ZD.

Still broken
I use Zendesk at our company and we love it. However, both iOS versions fail to load the Unassigned ticket queue. It's been going on for months. I just downloaded the iPad version today hoping for a change . No luck. Your product is not able to be used as designed, therefore you have a bug. Please file internally and resolve this. Our team uses this frequently.

This version has bugs
When you update a ticket it updates in the database but then the app is somewhat frozen, requiring a force quit. This is repeatable. Also, sometimes uploading images to a ticket causes an error.
