Crashes regularly
I love being able to access my help ticketson my iPad, but this app needs some serious work. It crashes every time I try to use one of my custom fields. Since this is a required field I am unable to solve any tickets because of this problem.

Doesn't load tickets.
Logged in with correct credentials, no errors, no tickets load. Can't even use to really review.

Keeps crashing
After I apply a macros, load a ticket with an image, resolve a ticket, etc it crashes

Tickets when solved, remain open. Counters do not update without manual refresh. App crashes every 5 minutes. Some tickets refuse to gob to solved status. No ability to mass update / close or delete. Absolute junk, which is about on par with zendesk.
