New update stopped working
Used to be awesome. New update is NOT able to submit response to a ticket! Just hangs indefinitely after you click "Submit". Requires restart of app - and no responses to tickets are found after restart. What a mess. You guys made the software completely useless. Does anyone test these updates?

"Optimized for iPhone 5"
Love this app and everything about it, but just got an iPhone 5- whenever you try to refresh after the phone has been locked for a while, you get bombarded with error messages. Really needs work.

Customer side support lacking
Would love to be able to use this app as a customer. As it is set up now only my IT provider can use it.

New update is crashing
Guys, love the service and usually the app is great but this last patch is crashing anytime you click submit to close a ticket. This happens on iPad and iPhone. Hope you address it soon. Would be five stars, but deducting two for this issue.

Very handy
Good to carry it around on my smartphone and respond to customer question anywhere I go. Very handy alert feature. Yeah, prefer the Buddha logo...

Lost features
Agreed with other reviewers, this new version is a step back. I can't see the urgency of all the tickets anymore? I used to use the app all the time, but now I'm getting less information than I did in the previous version. Please change back to the old view, or at least carry the same information forward. Using the web portal for now.
