Missing Critical Features
I like Zendesk but the app is missing critical features. The most obvious and painful being no access to forums/knowledge base. The home screen shows recent activity, instead of showing all my open tickets - who thought that was a good idea? The view menu does not update counts until you close and reopen the app.

The UI looks pretty clean, but any time I try to make changes to a ticket the app crashes back to the home screen on my iPhone 5. iOS 6.0.1 on Verizon I will change my rating if this is fixed.

Love zendesk to manage our help tickets and the deciding factor vs competitors was the quality of this app. New update for iPhone 5 screen makes it even better!
