Major problems
This app has major problems and is basically useless as is. - ticket statuses don't update from web to app so 'solved' tickets still show as open in the app - No way to copy text from with a comment (can only copy the entire comment) - no way to merge tickets - tickets with 'solved' status show up in unsolved ticket list Etc etc etc

Very good except for missing CC: support
Everything looks great on the iPad and it would get five stars if it were not for the missing CC: functionality.

Completely useless.
This app never works. Its always crashing and is altogether a VERY unreliable way to answer support tickets.

Large bug
When you submit a comment and the option 'Requester sees comment' is ON, the requester actually DOES NOT see the comment. I was replying to customers from the iPhone and not getting responses, until I discovered that they were not getting any response at all. Totally unacceptable.

Feature Suggestions
Need ability to manage multiple Zendesk accounts. Need macro support Would be nice if we could simply pull the screen down to refresh the screen (ala Facebook). Would be a helpful convenience. At least once a day the app hangs while updating or loading screens. Have to kill the app and restart to recover. Not sure why this happens. Great job on what you have developed so far.
