Getting buggier
The new app has a new interface that I am not sure helps much, plus it is full of bugs. Upgrade failed, oh it installed but I was unable to process tickets at all. Logout and log back in failed to clear the issue, had to remove the app and re-install. Then I could get tickets to process but app crashed submitting a ticket. Please test the app better before releasing a new version.

Love the new version!
New app looks great and includes reporting user profiles and is overall nicer to use. Great improvement!

Works now, QC issues in the past...
UPDATE: I opened a ticket with ZenDesk and they fixed the issue and released a new version within about a week. Given how long this has been going on, this makes me think that their dev team has no access to the reviews here. That, or maybe it took a message from a customer with a >$2000/month bill to get them moving. Either way, they've got some internal processes to work out. --- ORIGINAL: This used to be a great app for me to keep an eye on my team when I'm out of town but the last couple versions have been crashing constantly on me, making it useless.

New update crashes constantly!!
This new update is ruining Zendesk's reputation. The guy who release this update needs a kick in the head. Please fix as I rely on this quite a bit. For shame!!!!

Didn't know what I had till it's gone...
Wow. Didn't realize how much I need Zendesk until the iPhone app stopped working. Was in a back and forth conversation with a support rep from Zendesk and they just stopped responding to me. What terrible support. Luckily I have an iPad mini so I can respond to tickets while I'm mobile but this is such a joke. I have an iPhone 5 on 6.0.1 and Zendesk has been able to duplicate my issue using their tech's devices but haven't offered a solution or a fix.
