Unable to post changes!
I am evaluating Zendesk right now. The iPad app is ok but major issues with the iPhone app. You can submit a new ticket!

Easy to use and improves productivity!
This is a great example of an app that takes the primary features of the product and puts them in an easy-to-use iPhone app. By using it, I'm easily able to manage my help desk tickets on the move.

Great, but a bit lacking.
This app desperately needs support for landscape mode typing on the iPhone. At this point, it's kind of essential, and I don't really understand why it hasn't been included. I hope a future update will add the support.
