Issue when solving request from iPhone Ticket is marked solved in helpdesk but app stays locked in loading state. Have to force quit and relaunch the app to bring it back to a useable state. No such issues on iPad app.
Not very good I have this version on the IPhone not good. When I update a ticket, it updates the ticket in the database, but will not update the screen on the phone. The version that runs on the iPad is great and updates quickly.
Problem in Update Recent update causes me to get randomly logged out and wont save login information. Does not always go back to ticket list after submitting comment/assigning. Very annoying, please fix ASAP.
