Great on iPad, crashes on iPhone
This is a great app, I pretty much leave it open on my first-gen iPad all day. Only gripe is that it won't open on my newer iPhone 4S... Tried re-downloading, closing all apps, restarting, etc. please fix and I'll give a 5 :)

Can be improved
This has potential but the implementation can be improved. You need to provide an option to sync tickets locally, at least those that are assigned to you. Also need an option to sort by date descending, not just ascending.

Great app!
The app works great for what it's designed to do. I can easily respond to tickets while away from my desk or out of the office. Using macros inside the app makes it easy to process many requests without having to compose a response using the phone's keyboard. It would be helpful if the app allowed you to play voicemail messages attached to tickets. Currently, I have to copy the link from the ticket into Safari to play the message. A hyperlink that redirect you to the Safari app would work too. Retina support for iPad would also be a good feature to add to this app.

Best mobile ticketing system ever!
Not only is this software easy to use it has an app that allows you to do everything you need to on the go. It allows you to run Macros to help resolve your clients needs faster! I highly recommend this product and app for any sized business.

Easy to Use, Clean Interface
I love using this app for quick check-ins and follow ups to open tickets, and for the push notifications when a requester updates a case. User interface is clean and sharp. My only constructive feedback would be to consider macro and views manipulation in-app. But overall, I love it!

Makes work life easier
The Zendesk app makes it easy to get a bird's eye view of the queue. I use the app every morning before work and it easily allows me to monitor incoming volume over the weekend. You can even respond to tickets while in transit to/from work. I'm a manager that's always on-call. The app helps me stay connected to what's going and facilitates a fast response without me having to lug my laptop around. It's a must-have for anyone that's already on Zendesk!
