Great idea, could use refinement
I haven't had any crashing issues with the app. It really has worked fine for me and I like being able to pull up tickets on my mini while lounging around the house, much to the chargin of my wife. However, the lack of markdown support kills me. How is there no parity here between Lotus and the app? I just sent what would have been a beautiful response to a customer but instead they got a mess of markdown syntax. The bookmark feature is handy though and glad it is now an app for Lotus. Property manipulation is a little cumbersome but I don't really have direct feedback on what could be done better. The only one that gets me every time is status, it is not as prominent in the UI as I would expect and I feel like I am hunting for it each time.

Great till crashes
This is a great update to the app but unfortunately it crashes every single time I try to submit a ticket.

Crashes every time I use a macro
This app is a piece of crap. I don't know how you to roll out enterprise software and have it crash every time you use a macro. Completely unusable!

Crashes
Good looking app with good functionality, but it crashes on every status change save.
