Getting there
I'm a 3GS user, so not experiencing the iPhone 4 meltdown, but macro support and searching would make this great instead of good. Also, it would be nice if it could auto-refresh every time you entered the view list page - having to hit refresh is kind of annoying.

It's a start
Working on iOS 4 now, but it is in general lacking a few key things that would be needed to make it useful: 1. Let me pull up a ticket by number. I'm an engineer, most of the time our support staff don't assign me tickets, they email and ask me to look. 2. Access to our macros. We have lots of them that cover lots of scenarios, including requests for information with detailed guides on how to get it. 3. A serious UI rethink, especially on the ticket view. Rather cumbersome to work in that view.
