Feature Suggestions
Need ability to manage multiple Zendesk accounts. Need macro support Would be nice if we could simply pull the screen down to refresh the screen (ala Facebook). Would be a helpful convenience. At least once a day the app hangs while updating or loading screens. Have to kill the app and restart to recover. Not sure why this happens. Great job on what you have developed so far.

Push a push update!
Really needs a push notification system. Other than that a search would e useful. Those are the only complaints I have. It's otherwise very useful.

Pretty good, really needs search!
Search and a way to sort the ticket views, like by most recently updated, would make this app awesome. Right now I find it limiting due to those missing features.

Needs a bit more
Great app for when I'm on the go, but needs the ability to turn on push notifications for new unassigned or updates on your assigned tickets. Also looking up by ticket number and macros would be awesome

Needs file attachment support!!!
Many times our staff sends screenshots of error messages, and I don't understand why accessing these file attachments isn't supported. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if it had this capability, so hopefully it's coming soon. When you provide application support to a large staff, this it a must have. UI could be refined too, but it's a good start. Rob
