Easy to use and improves productivity!
This is a great example of an app that takes the primary features of the product and puts them in an easy-to-use iPhone app. By using it, I'm easily able to manage my help desk tickets on the move.

Excellent example of a practical enterprise app
This app is the perfect example of a practical enterprise app. I can use it from my couch to check in on tickets and help our team delight our customers.

Notifications?
I've implemented Zendesk for more than one client - love the product. User-configurable notifications would be great.

Great, but a bit lacking.
This app desperately needs support for landscape mode typing on the iPhone. At this point, it's kind of essential, and I don't really understand why it hasn't been included. I hope a future update will add the support.

Needs macros!
Great app, I would use it all the time if it had access to my macros. With out, it's useless to me.
