Didn't know what I had till it's gone...
Wow. Didn't realize how much I need Zendesk until the iPhone app stopped working. Was in a back and forth conversation with a support rep from Zendesk and they just stopped responding to me. What terrible support. Luckily I have an iPad mini so I can respond to tickets while I'm mobile but this is such a joke. I have an iPhone 5 on 6.0.1 and Zendesk has been able to duplicate my issue using their tech's devices but haven't offered a solution or a fix.

Worthless
Crashes constantly. Worthless until they fix it. Used to work great. Just rollback the update if nothing else.

App crashes when reading tickets
Every time I view a ticket that is not assumed to me, the app crashes. Happens 100% of the time. App is up to date, has been re-downloaded, and iPhone 5 is up to date. It's only good at letting me know a new ticket has come in.

Constantly crashes
I love ZD and wish I could use this app on my iPhone 5 but it crashes every time I open a ticket...

Missing Critical Features
I like Zendesk but the app is missing critical features. The most obvious and painful being no access to forums/knowledge base. The home screen shows recent activity, instead of showing all my open tickets - who thought that was a good idea? The view menu does not update counts until you close and reopen the app.
