Crashes on Startup
Crashes each and every time on my 4S running iOS 5.0.1. Tried to reinstall, to no avail. Works on my iPad 1 at 5.0.1 though... Update ASAP!!! Great help-desk service and good iOS app (when it works).

Lack Reporting Capability
I bought this because it had five stars. I did not realize the comment was less than handful. I already paid for a full year of service, and put a lots of client support details on the app. Then I found these annoyances: 1. There is no function to archive selected project, so the app creates many "unfinished" projects. 2. There is no function to reopen the case, so the app creates a lots of cases with same title. It is very confusing. 3. There is no reporting function. When I gave them the feedback, they asked for more money. 4. There is no way to switch add temporary user, unless you pay for full year of service. It is a good thing I did not signed up for $600 or $1200 per person account. 5. There is no phone support, so if you ask questions, many people participates to confuse you rather than answer the question. They never give you satisfying answers. 6. There is no export function, so you can generate your own report. 7. There is no "send later" function, so client gets a little bits of a lots of numbers of reports. 8. There is no connection to your address book nor Google Contact. 9. There is no editing capability to edit the content after submission. 10. There is no one followed up if you open up a case with Zen Desk. I guess they have not figured out how this app works. Oh, it crashes in the middle of reports. You will loose all the details that you typed up.

Easy to use and laid out very intuitively! Keep up the good work! Only thing I wish we could control was notifications specific to the iPad.

Push Notifications are Customizable
The push notifications that Apps seems to respond to are globally managed by the app. This means if you spend a great deal of time customizing your email notifications they will had no impact on the mobile apps and therefore creates a unique user experience for agents that like to use the Mobile versions. This needs to be updated.
