Crashes all the time
Crashes constantly. Macros don't consistently work. Can't see subject anymore to copy/paste relevant data. I can't imagine a worse release. Come on are you a serious software company or not? Do automated user testing before you release...

Barely works
Bugs: Constantly freezes when submitting ticket response. Opening a notification of a ticket change rarely takes you to the actual ticket. Strangely reluctant to refresh. Usability: Default home screen view ends up not being very useful (my tickets or new tickets would be better, but accessing these lists is cumbersome). Changing a ticket's status is not intuitive, and cannot be done on the same screen as responding to it.

Works fine
I'm using the iPhone 5, I just opened this app to finish up some work. Done. Now I can go to sleep. App did not crash for me, when I was done, I refreshed and showed that things were done. Easy.

It keeps locking up
After every entry it locks up. I have to manually force quit it on iPhone.

App does not even open
Rest of you guys are lucky. I only have managed to see the logo page before it crashes. Ironic to see that the support for a customer support app is so bad.

Poor quality app
In past three weeks app bugs out. Customer service at Zendesk acted like they had no clue there are issues lately. Not good anymore
