Works well after some tinkering, some features missing.
I really had to mess around with a combination of re-downloading the app, calling XM and also a hard reboot of the phone. Finally started working. I know that this is a review of the app, which I will get to, but just a word of warning on the hardware - there is no wiggle room with the dock connector, if you have anytype of extra thickness at the bottom of a case you can almost forget about it. I can say that it does work with Iphone 4 but does not support app multitasking yet. The other feature of the app that I haven't really seen anyone touch on, but to me is a little annoying is that it doesn't support streaming over A2DP which has been a feature of the iphone os for a few versions now. The fm transmission is ok, but I have a bluetooth enabled head unit and would much prefer this to trying to locate something in the oversaturated FM spectrum in my area. Those are my only two complaints: lack of multi tasking and lack of streaming over bluetooth (which even the regular SiriusXM app supports so that's why I find this weird). Other than that it does what it's supposed to with a rather nice interface than I've seen on any of the xm units I've owned. Oh I do wish you could add more than 12 favorites as well).

Taken for granted
I contacted support today and xm takes no responsibility for this mess. Blamed it on Delphi who manufactured SkyDock. I'm canceling until they fix which it sounds like it will take months.

Do Not Purchase SkyDock!!
If you have updated your phone to version 4.0 or have the iPhone 4, do not purchase this device. If you recently purchased it, take it back. I have contacted XM tech support four times and am told if you have the new software you must wait until XM catches up. They have no timetable for the update. If the firmware is updated properly, the device would work well. Until then, do not purchase!

I'm mad
I'm glad I looked at the reviews indicating problems because of no iOS4 update. If I udpated my itouch and my XM dock stopped working I would be cancelling my subscription with XM. There is no excuse! They would be pleading withe to come back.

Where is the Multitasking support?
Get on the ball and update the software. You've had months to implement multitasking support for iOS4. It's a disgrace this app hasn't been updated. Who cares about rewind when you can't leave the app.

iOS4 = no more xm
Ever since I updated to iOS4, my perfectly good service for the last 6 months with the skydock came to a SCREECHING halt... Literally. FM transmitter only gives screeching noise, and even the AUX cable has only a screeching noise. AUX cable works fine only when plugged directly into my iPod. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. XM, please consider this problem as well when you are working on your highly anticipated update. Love, a very frustrated paying customer
