Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I love my SkyDock!! Limited cell service in South Texas, but Zero interruption! App works great, too. !

Nice app...but needs work
The app itself is not bad...gets the job done to get the actual programming across. I just wish they'd update it and fix the channel logos that have been wrong going on 18+ months now since the last huge channel realignment. Would be nice not having the "Willie's Place" logo on the "SiriusXM Hits 1" channel for example. There are some other quirky things too like the channels in your favorites sometimes vanish and have to be readded, the stock ticker hardly ever works, and the sports scores/channels are brutally slow to update...so often if you program a favorite team, it will take a long time to notify you that your team is playing on one of the channels. Just needs some TLC and this could be a great app.

XM customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried to renew my subscription and customer service told me it was one price and then the bill shows up a different price! I have to get pissed off and tell them to listen to the tape of the day I called in, they put me on hold for 55 minutes and come back and tell me while I WAS MISINFORMED by the woman on the phone you still owe the money or we will terminate the subscription! Obviously I said terminate my subscription. I think they should invest in some AMERICAN-BORN employees and maybe they would not have so many issues with customer service!!!!

Loved it until...
When I first got this app and the skydock, I absolutely loved it. I especially loved the integration with iTunes so that I could tag a song and later purchase it. For the past few months (since I upgraded to ios 5), it won't load at all, just starts to load and then shuts down. I tried taking off my cover, reinstalling the app, nothing works. I'll be canceling my subscription and just using the skydock to play my iTunes through my car stereo. So frustrating!!!

Needs an update
Needs iOS 5 update. Should be easier to change transmission station. Takes too long to start app if you don't have a subscription.

Works well!
It's a little weird that it has not been updated since '10 I resumed my subscription today and it seems to be working fine.
